R Bros offers comprehensive facility management solutions, including:
- Secure and climate-controlled storage facility Management
- Routine maintenance and detailing services
- 24-hour emergency response
- Advanced inventory management
Our services are tailored to the specific needs of each facility and client, and we strive to deliver excellence in every aspect of our operations.
3. Payment Terms
- Fees: All fees for services are outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement.
- Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment, R Bros reserves the right to suspend services and access to the facility until payment is received. Persistent non-payment may lead to legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy outlined previously:
- Eligibility: Refunds may be granted for service discrepancies, operational failures, or issues with emergency response services.
- Request Procedure: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service issue.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Compliance: The Client must comply with all terms of the service agreement and any applicable laws or regulations.
- Facility Access: The Client must provide timely access to the facility as required for service provision and emergency response.
- Insurance: The Client is responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for stored assets.
6. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R Bros, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
- Client Actions: Any actions or omissions of the Client, including but not limited to negligence, misuse of the facility, or failure to comply with these Terms.
- Third-Party Claims: Claims by third parties related to the Client's use of the facility or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
R Bros liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or loss of revenue.
8. Termination
- Termination by R Bros: We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms or fails to meet payment obligations. Termination will be effective immediately upon notice.
- Termination by Client: The Client may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Any pre-paid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
R Bros reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Client, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
